Why does the N2600 not show the option for Dante AV-A in the webpage?
Answer:
The N2600 unit(s) will need to be on firmware version 1.4.2 or higher.
Please refer to https://help.harmanpro.com/n-series-n26x2-video-encoder-decoder-firmware for the latest firmware and any pre-requisite firmware files needed to update the units.
