Information:

• The best practice when updating N26x2S firmware from v1.9.x to v2.0.1 is:

1. Close Dante Controller
2. Wait 10 minutes
3. Use N-able Firmware Updater to update units firmware

• The .svsiupdate file is now separated into two files.  N2612 and N2622 .svsiupdate file.  This will continue to be implemented moving forward to add ease to updating specific types of units.  
• The update package includes minimum versions 1.2.2, 1.4.2 and 1.6.6 of the .svsiupdate file.
• Included is a folder called "Web".  The folder contains firmware 1.4.2, 1.6.6, and 2.0.8 files to update the MWC function using the webpage address "http://<IP>/fwup.html" and upload the correct .bin file for the model and version needed.  
• Included is a folder called "H26x".  The folder contains firmware 1.98 and 1.97 files to update the H26x function using the webpage address "http://<IP>/fwup.html" and upload the correct .bin file for the model and version needed.

Prerequisites

• Units must be on firmware version 1.2.2 to update to 1.4.2
• Units must be on firmware version 1.4.2 to update to 1.6.6
• Units must be on firmware version 1.6.6 to update to any higher versions
• Minimum N2600S Firmware:
  • All units must be on version 1.6.6 before attempting the update.  

• N-Able PC:
  • The minimum version of N-Able must be 5.1.6,

Known Issues:

• The status LED sometimes has a variable flash rate.
• HDCP Error screen (Purple Screen) is sometimes not shown when the Encoder is set to no HDCP advertisement and an HDCP device is connected.  A black screen is seen instead.
• On the HDMI input for the encoder.  The downmixing is not functioning correctly.  
• Deleting a Host or Local Play image.  The space is freed; however, the unit will need to be rebooted to update the allocation graphic.
• When enabling USB 2.0 or KVM on the Encoder.  Video and audio may freeze for a couple of seconds.  We advise against enabling or disabling USB 2.0/KVM dynamically.  
• Video Mute also mutes the Pass-thru
• HControl command to set videowall parameters not working correctly.  Use the Direct Control API command.
• AVX Manager is not able to obtain the FW version
