How do you create a new RMS database after you have completed the initial RMS install?

Open the install.properties file in C:\Program Files\AMX\Resource Management Suite\Server and edit the value of wizard.enabled = false, to wizard.enabled = true. Save changes. Re-run the RMS Configuration program.
