Question:
Why do SVSi N26x2 units not respond to the sendSer command?
Answer:
In early firmware revisions for the N26x2, this command is case-sensitive so sendser will be accepted, sendSer will not.
The sendSer command is no longer case-sensitive with v2.0.13 or newer firmware. Units running v2.0.13 or newer firmware will accept both sendser and sendSer commands.
