SVSi N26x2 not responding to sendSer command

Brand: AMX Models: N2612 N2622 Question:    Why do SVSi N26x2 units not respond to the sendSer command? Answer: In early firmware revisions for the N26x2, this command is case-sensitive so sendser will be accepted, sendSer will not.   The sendSer command is no longer case-sensitive with v2.0.13 or newer firmware.
