Summary:

A mis-wired AC connector can allow line voltage to reach the audio signal path, resulting in an audible buzz. Products wired in accordance with the assembly instructions are not affected.

Troubleshooting:

If a loud buzzing noise is present immediately after power-up, verify that the PowerCON TRUE1 connector has been wired correctly.
