Is it possible to transfer an RMS Enterprise license to another server?

Answer:

Yes. Please ensure to note the ENT-ID as this will be required on the new server prior to transfer.

In AMX License Manager, go to Tools > Move License, then select either Connected to Internet or Disconnected from Internet option and follow the on screen-prompts.

For disconnected from Internet, contact with Harman tech support will be required.
