RMS scheduling v1.2.9.1 Does Not Create a Start Menu Item

Summary:
The RMS Enterprise Scheduling Interface Exchange v1.2.9.1 has been installed successfully. However, when navigating to Start Menu → AMX Resource Management, the ExchangeSchedulingConfiguration option is not available.
For comparison, RMS Exchange Scheduling Interface v1.2.3 does include the ExchangeSchedulingConfiguration option in the same location.
This indicates that the configuration shortcut or application component may be missing from the v1.2.9.1 installation.
Troubleshooting:
Issue was resolved in later builds of this software.
