Summary:
DVX-4K switchers and DX-TX/RX-4K60 endpoint devices may fail to register with RMS Enterprise when firmware files are present in Update Manager. Affected devices can remain unregistered, generate registration errors, or otherwise prevent normal RMS device management and monitoring for these devices.
Troubleshooting:
Upgrade RMS-ENT to version 4.8.8 or newer software.
