N2600 series decoder intermittently fails to turn on its HDMI output after receiving the hdmiOn API command.
Two distinct API command failures affecting HDMI output control:
Issue 1: hdmiOn command is received (confirmed via web interface), but HDMI output fails to enable (physical output remains off).
Issue 2: hdmiOff command is received (confirmed via web interface), but HDMI output remains enabled (checkbox persists as "ticked").
