Summary:
Firmware updates for SVSI N3000 series encoders and decoders using N-Able v5.1.63 are reporting as successful, but devices may require update confirmation or become inaccessible after reboot. Issues include devices reverting to the factory image, encoders remaining in a reboot state for over an hour, and Web CUI becoming inaccessible. The issue has been observed across multiple customers and distributors during updates from v1.3.7 to v1.4.9, affecting both encoders and decoders
Troubleshooting:
Issue fixed with new N3000 firmware and by using the latest N-ABLE version.
