Yes, the Varia panels can be registered and monitored in RMS. In order to get them registered to RMS, you need to make sure that you are on the most recent version of SDK (4.7.20 as of the writing of this document) and that your RMS database has been updated to include the Varia devices.

This article contains the download and instructions for updating the database. These database updates will be included in the regular RMS installer starting with version 4.8.3.
