RMS offline licensing

Question:
How do I activate RMS for a server which isn't connected to the Internet?
Answer:
There is an offline activation method, within AMX License Manager.
- Navigate to Tools > Manually Register License.
- Enter the ENT-ID, click next.
- Copy the ENT-ID, hardware lock code, secondary lock codes and save to file.
- Send the server information obtained to your local distribution partner/ Harman tech support.
- You will be provided with a text file containing the RMS activation code which can be pasted into AMX License Manager.
