The LED plastic cover attached on top of the LED's has been pulled off the LED board when removing the light rods.

The inner light guide (the clear silicone part) can touch the LED, and if it’s stuck to the LED, the holes on the side of the light rod tower (the white part) make it possible to gently push it loose with a CLEAN! screw driver or plastic item to free it from the plastic LED cover before removal of the whole LED light rod and holder.
