Summary:
The customer reports that fixtures running in sACN 146-channel mode gradually drift out of sync during synchronized color and dimming effects (e.g., red/yellow and full/zero dimming). While forcing ports to 10 Mbps Full Duplex temporarily restores synchronization, the fixtures eventually drift again. Recovery requires either a port reset or a fixture power cycle.
Troubleshooting:
This issue was resolved in MAC Aura Raven XIP firmware 1.1.0 which is released in June, 2026.
