I need to have my HARMAN Professional equipment repaired. Is there an Authorized Service Center near me?

Answer:

To locate an Authorized Service Center*, please navigate to the main website of the HARMAN Professional brand you want serviced.

For example, if you need a JBL repair, visit https://jblpro.com

All the HARMAN Professional Pro Sites have a similar look and functionality to them.

  • Select Support
  • Select Contact Us
  • Select Repair

Inside the United States

  • Select the United States of America as your country and then choose the state you are in (using the “Select Your State" menu).
  • This will list the available centers in your area.
  • If you don't see a center near you, search the surrounding areas. Many times, a Service Center in another state may actually be closer to you.
  • If you need assistance, please call or email HARMAN Professional Service USA

Outside the United States

  • Select your country. The example below shows Canada, but the process is the same.
  • This will list the available Distribution Partners authorized to sell and repair HARMAN professional products in your country.
