What should I do if I receive a message in the SVSI web page after a firmware update that says; An update needs to be confirmed! Confirm update page. The link doesn't do anything when I click on it.

Answer:

You can use Putty to telnet to the IPAddress of the SVSI device, port 50001 or 50002 and type "setSettings:confirmUpdate" followed by hitting Enter. If you refresh the web page the message should be gone.
