What is the recommended network port for control when using the Direct Control API?
When using the SVSi N2600 encoders and decoders via the direct control API, (Not H-Control), it is recommended to use port 50002 and not 50001 for the control connection via IP. This is because the 50001 port is reserved for some web actions and software connections and each port (50001 and 50002) can only accept one active connection.
