Overview:

This article will cover the installation of the AVX Suite of software; AVX Architect, AVX Control and AVX Manager.

Instructions:

Start by opening the download location for the AVX Suite zip file.

Double click the zip file to open it.

Double click on the file within to launch the AVX Suite Setup Wizard.

​Click Next to progress to Select Components.

Here is the selection for which programs to install. It is most common to install all three programs, however there may be a need to install only AVX Control on a PC that will only be used for system control.

Select Next to progress.

Click Next to beging the installation.

A status bar will indicate the instalation progress.

.NET support files will automatically be installed.

Click Finish to complete the process and close the window.

The installer does not create a desktop shortcut for you. To create one, start by using Windows search to search for AVX Architect. The results should look similar to this:

Here you can launch the program, Pin and Unpin the program to the Start Menu and the taskbar.

Select Open file location.

This will open File Explorer to the folder that has the shortcuts to all the AVX Suite programs.

Right-Click and drag the shortcut to the desktop.

Select Copy here from the menu.

This will create a shortcut to AVX Architect on the Desktop.
