Summary:
When running Jetpack on v1.4.2 if there is no video signal present display on functions including Scheduled events will not switch on the display.
Troubleshooting:
This feature was by design but it was decided to allow the display to come on regardless of a valid video signal being present and was updated in v1.04.06
