Question:
How do I use downmix on a DGX?
Answer:
One input at a time can be downmixed. Once the input is downmixed, the downmix input can be routed to an audio output.
Each DGX has a unique downmix input number.
DGX800 = 17
DGX1600 = 25
DGX3200 = 41
DGX6400 = 81
Each DGX has unique ASB audio output numbers that start numbering after the video outputs.
DGX800 = 9 - 16
DGX1600 = 17 - 24
DGX3200 = 33 - 40
DGX6400 = 65 - 80
In this example for a DGX1600, input 13 is being downmixed and then the downmix input is being routed to the first ASB audio output 1.
SEND_COMMAND 5002:1:0, "'DOWNMIX_SOURCE-13'" //input 13 in this case
wait 1
SEND_COMMAND 5002:1:0, "'AI25O17'" // Input 25 because it is a DGX1600, switch downmix to audio output 17
