DGX Endpoint with no Power

Question:
What should I check first if my DXLINK TX or RX connected to the DGX does not power up?
Answer:
- With a DGX6400, and in some scenarios a DGX3200, make sure all the DGX power supplies are plugged in and powered up. At least 3 power supplies need to be plugged in as close to the same time as possible. Smaller DGX units can run off one power supply.
- Try a power supply locally at the TX or RX
- Try rebooting or reseating the DGX board the endpoint is attached to.
