Backdating Audio Architect Firmware:
Audio Architect checks the device firmware against the firmware files in its firmware updates folder when it connects to ensure consistency. In some cases, it is necessary to override the firmware checking procedure. This guide will walk you through the process of replacing the 85.04.5 firmware with 86.04.2 Firmware.
- Make sure Audio Architect is closed.
- Download the 86.04.2 Firmware Here.
- Right click on the FirmwareUpdates.zip file and choose folder and choose Extract All

- Click Browse and point it to the C:\Program Files\Harman Pro\Audio Architect 2.55 folder.

Provide administrator permission and do this for all current items if required by your computer.
This should overwrite all of the BLU firmware files in the Firmware Updates folder.
- Open the C:\ProgramData\HPRO\Audio Architect\2.55.3.6\FirmwareUpdates folder and delete all files in this folder. These files will get replaced with updated files on the next launch of software.

- Launch Audio Architect and Go Online. The software will prompt you to downgrade to 86.04.2. Once you have downgraded you will no longer be prompted to change firmware.
Warning!
This process must be repeated on every other PC running Audio Architect that is part of the system to prevent firmware mismatches.
