Installing the Pro Connect App

Download and install the Pro Connect App. It is available for both iOS and Android devices.

Pairing the speaker to the App

Start by selecting “Add Speakers".

Find and pair from the available list by selecting “Connect".

Wait for it to connect.

When prompted, validate using the MASTER/MENU knob on the speaker.

Once “Connected" select “Done".

Updating the Firmware

With the speaker now Connected, select the “Firmware Update" Option.

Select the "Refresh" Option to look for available Firmware updates.

Select the "Download" Option to download the available Firmware update.

Once downloaded select the "Firmware" icon to start the installation.

When prompted, allow your device to "Pair" with the speaker.

Wait for the installation process to complete about 15 minutes.

Once completed, follow the prompts on the screen.

To finalize the installation make sure to "Factory Reset" the speaker.

Reconfiguring Bluetooth and Reconnecting the App to the Speaker

After updating the speaker:

• Quit the app.
• Go to the iOS/Adroid devices Bluetooth settings and “forget" any connections to the updated speaker.
• Relaunch the app.
• From the app, connect to the updated speaker.
