Can you insert plug-ins on channels of Signature mixers?

Answer:

The Sends to USB are right after the preamp gain, no eq or processing included. Only the preamp gain itself affects the outgoing signal. This will be the insertion point. Note- For best outgoing signal, operate with the preamp gain at the max before clipping

The analogue input to an input channel will ALWAYS be SENT via the corresponding USB audio channel, so you can use a USB SEND > DAW > USB RTN path to insert DAW-based plug-ins into the mixer's channel path. In this example, engaging USB RTN on channel 1 will send the input signal to the DAW, then return it processed back into channel 1.
