Brand:
- Soundcraft
Affected Products:
- Soundcraft Si Series Consoles (Si Impact, Si Performer, Si Expression) & Offline Editors
Summary:
- On firmware version V2.1 Build 5, Isolate settings and the "ISO Protects on Show Load" state were not properly saved upon console reboot or show file changes. Updating the console to firmware version V2.1.6 or later resolves this issue.
Troubleshooting:
- Workaround: On affected firmware, manually re-enable or verify isolate settings whenever presets or show files are loaded.
- Resolution: Update the console firmware to V2.1.6 (or newer). Perform a complete power cycle / hard reboot after the firmware installation.
- Verification: Set desired Isolate functions and the global ISO Protect setting, reboot the console, and confirm that all isolate states persist.
