P3 Controller USB Not Working

None of the USB ports on my P3 controller is working?

Answer:

We have previous seen that some KVM switches blocks the USB ports.  Please try and disconnect all USB equipment from the P3 controller and try again.

We know that Aten CS1824 KVM switch blocks all USB ports.
