Summary:
NX-Series controllers running version 1.8.186 or older 1.8.x firmware are case sensitive via telnet for send_command, send_string and send_level commands, resulting in commands not being actioned as expected if using upper case.
After issuing a command in upper case, the NX telnet session shows the help entries for send command/ send string/ send level, but doesn't execute the previously entered command/ string/ level.
Troubleshooting:
Update NX to version 1.8.187 or newer firmware to allow these commands to be entered using upper case in a telnet session.
