Why don't the wall functions work when the output of the decoder is H.26x?
Answer:
The N26x2S utilizes multiple codecs for processing MWC and H.26x streams. Wall functions are available only when the output is being scaled. Scaling is only available for the MWC stream. As a result, scaling and wall functions are unavailable when using H.26x streams.
