Muse Code Not Stopping or Updating When New Code Loaded

Summary:
It has been determined that attaching to a program from VSCode and subsequently and abruptly losing network connectivity without first detaching from the program will have severe consequences to the execution of the program with the severity of impact compounded the larger and more active the program. Similarly attempting to upload a new version of a program while still attached to the current running program can also have ill effects.
Troubleshooting:
VSCode Hot Fix 1.5.14 will fix this issue by detaching from the program prior to upload of a new version of the program.
A loss of connectivity between an attached PC and MUSE will run the risk of causing an issue. It is recommended that users should always detach from a program following any debug session and that attach cannot be used for long-term monitoring of a program.
The only recovery from a failed system is to reboot the MUSE.
