Overview:

Lyra microphone has lost the audio ( In or Out ) of the computer after a Windows update.

Instructions:

This fix is has helped when communication between the lyra microphone and computer has been lost in one direction either into or out from the daw after working properly prior to this attempt.

This is a quick first check to save time as it may also help with other issues after a windows update has happened but have seen positive results in this type issue.

This may fix other issues but it's a quick place to start and may work with different audio devices also.

Quick troubleshooting on the lyra microphone windows 10

• Open the Start menu on your windows desktop and select the Settings tab.

• Go to the systems page.
• Select sound.

If you cannot hear the mixer in the DAW then select the troubleshoot button under the microphone even if has your device selected in the device drop down menu.

If you cannot hear the DAW return on the microphone headset out select the troubleshoot button under the master volume even if it has your device selected in the device dropdown menu.

Try your device and see if the functionality has returned.  If not then you will have to dig a little deeper but this is a great first step.
