Why are all the lights off on my Jetpack?

Answer:

If the SYSTEM OFF button on the keypad is held for 3 seconds it can not only turn off the display, but also put the Jetpack hardware to sleep. In this mode all LEDS on the front of the Jetpack are off, the keypad is dark, and nothing will turn it back on except a push of the SYSTEM ON/OFF button. Rebooting the Jetpack will not change the sleep state either, the Jetpack boots up in its last state.
