Summary:
On AMX CE Series devices running firmware 1.2.3, changing the IP address via the web interface triggers a browser redirect to the new address before a reboot, resulting in a 404 error because the new settings are not yet applied. Testing replicated the behavior and confirmed that a reboot is required for IP changes to take effect. As a workaround, return to the original IP and reboot from the administrator page or power cycle the device after making changes.
Troubleshooting:
Return to the device’s old IP address and reboot it from the Administrator page to apply the new network settings.
