Overview:
By design, AMX Network AV uses standard network protocols. The AMX Network AV products should be compatible with any switch that meets the minimum requirements outlined in the following document:

Note:
All Ethernet switches within the Network AV system should be updated to the latest firmware published by the manufacturer.
As Ethernet switch manufacturers update firmware it is possible that a firmware update provided by a manufacturer could cause issues. As a result, the switch manufacturer should be contacted to diagnose and resolve bugs related to the network switch.
