Where can I find the IP address of the CTC-1402 or what is the default IP address?

Answer:

By default the CTC-1402 is configured to use DHCP.

You can find the current IP of the CTC kit if you have the output of the RX side of the kit connected to a display by pressing and holding the HDMI-1 and HDMI-2 buttons on the front panel of the RX for 3 seconds. The IP address of the CTC-1402 will display on the upper right of the connected display's screen for 15s and then disappear.
