How can I capture DGX logs?
Answer:
The DGX Log Utility is a diagnostics gathering tool that can be used primarily to capture logs from a DGX 100 Series Switcher.* It captures realtime and historic debug logs from the DGX 100 Series Switchers and archives them to a zipped folder that can be sent to Tech Support for Engineering review.
The attached zip file must be unzipped to its own folder before running the exe file. Also, it has to create some files when launched and it also creates a folder and zipped file of the logs so it may need to be run as an admin.
Please read the User Guide (included in the zip file) and follow the guidelines for using this tool with the ICSLAN or LAN port of the DGX. Ideally using the ICSLAN gives the quickest access to the live logs without having to reboot the DGX.

There is a legacy mode that can capture limited serial diagnostics from a legacy DGX. See User Guide for details.
