Is the Lexicon Alpha Driver v2.7 compatible with Windows 11?

Answer:

No. The Alpha Driver v2.7 available on the Lexicon website was designed strictly for Windows 10 and is not supported on Windows 11.

Due to Windows 11 strict security updates and driver-signing requirements, the installer will typically fail or the device will not initialize properly on this operating system.  There is currently no updated, Windows 11-compatible driver available for the Lexicon Alpha interface.
 

What you can do:

• Use Windows 10: If possible, the driver can still be successfully installed on a Windows 10 system.  Note that it requires Windows 10 to be run with Driver Signature Enforcement disabled during the installation process, as described on the download page.
   
• Windows 11 Workaround Limitations: If you are operating exclusively on Windows 11, the hardware may not function as intended or may fail to be recognized entirely due to the unsupported driver architecture.
