My computer is showing my Omega as an unknown USB device. Why?
If your Lexicon Omega interface is not recognized by your computer or is shown as an unknown USB device, then it may need a factory reset. With the interface connected to power and the computer, follow the instructions below.
- Simultaneously hold the USB Assign buttons for Mic 1/Mic 2 and Line 3/Line 4.
- The USB Assign lights between Line 1/Line 2 will flash, indicating a successful reset.
- Remove power from the interface and allow 10 seconds before applying power again.
