What do the different LED colors mean for the inputs of a CTC-1402?

Answer:

Green LED = The input has signal and is also the input that is currently selected. 

Yellow LED = The input has signal and is not the input that is currently selected. 

Red LED = The input has no signal and is also the input that is currently selected. 

Off LED = The input has no signal and is not the input that is currently selected.
