Who do I contact for SchoolView support?
Answer:
The AMX SchoolView product solution was purchased by the WWN Group Inc. (DBA Hi-Fidelity) and goes by the name SchoolView Solutions.
SchoolView systems' hardware, existing or new, are supported by SchoolView Solutions under standard warranty terms through standard dealer relationships. Existing (sold) SchoolView software Tier 1 support are handled through standard dealer warranty terms also. End customers or dealers requiring field support, system upgrades, system expansions, etc. will be directed to SchooView Solutions for directly contracted services (for fee). New SchoolView software sales (for new installs and existing system expansions) are supported exclusively through WWN (Hi-Fidelity).
