Summary:
Two units from Netherlands distributor Audio XL were reported to have developed one faulty woofer (258J). Spider has become unglued from the frame.
Quality concluded that this was an isolated event. This was the only reported case in 6,654 units sold to date 12 SEP 2024.

VTX A8 - P3076-00812 - Ship date: 30 AUG 2020 - Faulty driver: 258J - serial number B8R-TJR1-15
Further occurrences have been reported. Three units from distributor Bertaudio on 03 OCT 2025 (TSC-00448095) and one unit from distributor Septon on 06 MAY 2025 (TSC-00431442)
