Summary:
Varia panels running version 1.11.40 firmware can fall into a boot loop when a bar graph is set to certain values. Issue can be seen with either panels newly loaded with a panel design on this firmware, or after updating panel from version 1.11.37 or prior firmware builds if a bar graph is present in the design and has certain values already set.
Troubleshooting:
Update G5 Control app to version 1.1.42 or newer. For panels currently in a boot loop scenario, perform a factory reset of the panel via holding the reset button, reconfigure the network and device connection settings. Next, apply the firmware/ app updates before finally reloading the touch panel design file.
