Yes, the Ui24R is Core Audio compliant. If you are using a Mac, the Mac will recognize the Ui24R as an Audio Interface automatically.  If you are using a PC, you must download and install the Multi-Channel USB Audio Driver.  Windows will then recognize it as an Audio Interface.
