What is recommended the torque setting for securing the subwoofers of the 4739?


Answer:

22 inch-pound (in-lb), 2.5 Nm.


Additional Information:

  • The screws are mounted into T-nuts that are pressed into the wood. Each speaker uses eight screws, for a total of sixteen across both speakers.
  • To minimize the risk of deforming the speaker frame, tighten the screws in a star (cross) pattern. 
  • Start by hand‑tightening all screws first, and only then apply the final torque.
