Summary:
Dropping of video frames seen on decoders after updating from version 1.4.x firmware to early version 1.5.x firmware. Can be seen in the N-Able network troubleshooter tool with a fairly consistent 5 packets per second lost.
Troubleshooting:
Update units to version 1.5.104 or newer firmware. Check network troubleshooter tool to confirm after updating firmware. If issues persist, additional troubleshooting of the network should be carried out.
