Duet Module Upload Error Message in Muse

Question:
Why am I receiving this error message when uploading a module to a Muse controller? Your Duet module is missing or has an invalid 'descriptor.json' file. Please download the latest version.
Answer:
This error message means the duet module is not compatible with Muse. Please download the latest version of the module from https://developer.amx.com even if it does not appear to be newer.
Note:
- The last edited date shown on developer.amx.com will not likely change – it could be a “new file” with an old date
- The version number of the module did not change – it could “look just like” the one saved on their computer….
If you download a “new” version from the web and still receive the same error, please contact Technical Support to report the module is incompatible.
