Affected Products:
- MAC One
Summary:
When operating a MAC One fixture in battery mode (with mains power disconnected), the DMX address menu incorrectly displays a fixed address range of 1-48, regardless of the selected DMX personality. This can prevent users from determining or setting valid DMX addresses for the active mode. The issue was reproducible across Compact, Basic, and Extended DMX modes.
A firmware issue caused the fixture to display an incorrect DMX address range while operating on internal battery power, showing a fixed range of 1-48 irrespective of the selected DMX mode.
Troubleshooting:
Update the fixture to MAC One firmware v1.1.1 or later. The fix was included in firmware version 1.1.1 and released via Martin Companion on June 2024.
