I have Matched and Loaded my Contrio controller and the devices shows its correct programming, why is the controller not changing the parameters in the DSP?

Answer:

The most common cause of this is an error in the Subnet Mask setting of the controller in Net Setter. This only happens when a user is configuring the device for a Static IP address. In the image below you can see the Subnet Mask of the controller and DSP are different.

Setting both devices to the same Subnet Mask will allow communication both directions between the devices. If all the devices have the correct IP Addresses and Subnet Masks, and you still have no control, the network may have a problem with its configuration or some other issue.
