Summary:
Intellivox speaker bracket welds failing at installs. Initially appears to be installation error.
Troubleshooting:
Bracket mounting surfaces should be flat, aligned on the same vertical plane, and correctly spaced to avoid bolts pulling the assembly into alignment, which could introduce locked-in torsional, bending, or prying stresses into the brackets and welds. Noted that some mounting poles appeared potentially out of straight, and recommended that any rework should support and align the speaker/brackets first before finally tightening the heavy-duty pole fixtures.
