Why does Domain Manager Audit Log show multiple entries with the Prefix message?
Issue:
Soundweb London devices show an AES67 Prefix message every 20 seconds in the Domain Manager Audit Log.
Cause:
This is usually because a London device was enrolled with RTP audio in Domain Enabled Firmware in a Domain that doesn't use AES67 clocking.
Resolution:
To correct this issue, install the No-RTP/AES67 in Domain Firmware and then un-enroll and re-enroll the device in Domain Manager.
